The layout includes two king bedrooms: one in the open loft above(ladder access is a 250lb weight limit), and a private platform king bedroom on the main floor—perfect for couples, friends, or a small group looking to escape. The full bathroom feels like a spa, with beautiful tile work, a walk-in shower, radiant in-floor heating, and even a heater overhead—all with peaceful river views from the shower.
